Maggie's taco bowl
Ingredients
12 oz steak
2 cans of corn
2 tomatoes
3 avocados
1/2 cup dried quinoa
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 red onion
1/2 wheel queso fresca
1 lime
Steps
Cook steak with butter. Let steak rest and cook corn in the butter and steak juices
Cook quinoa
Make the taco bowl, add salt and pepper to taste
